LERONIS · PARTNERSHIP

The role

You develop relationships, establish contact with documented consent and use approved communications. The following tasks and responsibilities define your partner role. Product advice, suitability assessments and decisions for clients rest with the responsible specialist structure.

This is your part

  • Identify the opportunity to enter into a transaction.
  • Establish contact with documented consent.
  • Talk about your own motivation without evaluating the product.
  • Receive performance-dependent remuneration and disclose it.
  • Share approved educational content without reference to products.

Someone else handles this for you

  • Persuade someone to choose a product or recommend it.
  • Participate in presenting the mandate.
  • Collect financial circumstances — not casually, not in a chat.
  • Assess whether the product is suitable for a person.
  • Confirm the customer’s decision.
  • Answer questions about product quality, strategy, costs, risks or intermediary qualifications.
  • Carry out any form of pre-advisory data collection.
Your network. A shared framework.

This boundary also protects the partner. If it is crossed, liability falls on the partner personally and is typically not covered by professional indemnity insurance.
