Scope
This information supplements the existing Tauro Markets legal documents, which remain unchanged. It covers partner enquiries submitted via leronis.community, email confirmation, subsequent handling and usage statistics on this partner website.

Data concerned
Name, email address, country of residence, optionally phone, professional background, message and the self-reported referral (“Referred by”), plus any referral code contained in the link. Technically also: timestamps, processing and delivery status and a salted hash of the IP address for abuse protection; the IP address itself is not stored.
Purposes and legal bases
Handling your enquiry and preparing a conversation about a possible partnership: where this serves pre-contractual steps taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise our legitimate interest in answering and organising enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Email confirmation, abuse and duplicate protection and security: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). There is no newsletter or marketing enrolment; confirming is not a marketing consent.
Email confirmation
After you submit, we send you an email with a “Confirm enquiry” link. The link is valid for 48 hours; only a hash of the confirmation key is stored. Confirmation happens only when you explicitly click on the confirmation page. We store the status (pending, confirmed, expired), the time of confirmation and the version of this information. Confirming only confirms your enquiry and your email address; it is not consent to advertising. Expiry of the link after 48 hours only changes the confirmation status and does not erase your enquiry data.
Referral details
Details of who referred you and a referral code from the link are stored as unverified information. Email confirmation only confirms your email address, not the referral. Any assignment to a partner happens only after a separate review.
Storage and sending by the website
The website stores enquiries in the Lovable Cloud database (hosting, database and server functions). The receipt, the confirmation link and the internal notification are sent through the email service Resend.
Mailbox and forwarding
Internal notifications go directly to the internal LERONIS support inbox, operated with GoDaddy/Microsoft Outlook. The public contact address is support@leronis.com; incoming messages to this address are routed to that inbox through an IONOS email forward.
AI-supported mailbox review
Incoming LERONIS enquiries in the support inbox may be reviewed and summarised read-only with an AI tool (Codex/OpenAI); it makes no decisions with legal effect. The website itself makes no automated decision on a partnership, eligibility or investment; referral details are only assigned after a separate review.
Transfers to third countries
These providers may process data outside your country of residence, for example in the USA. The providers’ information on data protection and transfer safeguards is available in the documents linked below.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry. Once the enquiry is closed, for example when it has been dealt with or no conversation follows, the criterion for deletion is that neither a resulting cooperation nor statutory recordkeeping obligations nor the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage; in those cases we keep data only for that purpose and only as long as necessary. Related delivery and confirmation data and copies in email inboxes are included in this review. No fixed deletion periods or automated deletion are currently in place; deletions are carried out after review.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or comparable law applies to the processing, you have in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Usage statistics
Lovable’s optional visitor analytics is disabled for this partner website. Our own daily counters serve statistical assessment and organisation of the enquiry path. They count public page views and conversation-button clicks without cookies or identifiers, plus saved enquiries and their explicit confirmation once each. Only UTC day, partner channel, language and event total are stored, not personal enquiry data, IP addresses, page addresses, referring pages, referral details, URL parameters or confirmation keys. These totals do not count unique people or describe individual journeys or cohorts; reloading can count as another page view. Automated requests can be counted; without JavaScript or when counter requests are blocked or fail, views and clicks may be missed. Disabling analytics makes no claim about deletion of earlier platform statistics.
Security
Encrypted transmission (HTTPS), server-side-only database access to enquiry data, rate limiting and hashed confirmation keys. Daily counters are separate from enquiry data and referral assignment; no additional advertising trackers have been introduced.
